We want you to love your artistry tools and makeup. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Pack Your Products

  Carefully package your gently used items in their original packaging to ensure they arrive safely at our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
